PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

PROVECTA has been engaged to provide independent specialist engineering advice to Macquarie Generation for the potential control systems upgrade for their 4 * 660MW fossil fuel power generation units at Bayswater Power Station.

The initial stages of this project have involved a detailed assessment of the potential control system upgrade benefits and requirements to ensure Macquarie Generation retain their current leadership position in the Australian power generation market.
