Provecta is currently seeking a Control Systems IT/OT Engineer to join our Team

Eligibility This opportunity is open to Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents, and New Zealand Citizens, with a graduate degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or ICT Engineering (or similar), with up to 3 years in related industrial experience.

Your Role As a vital member of our team, you will:

• Assist in project delivery including control system design, PLC programming & HMI/SCADA configuration.
• Apply testing procedures to prepare systems for site implementation.
• Bring project work to life with site commissioning of projects in a team environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: Degree in IT Engineering with experience in Operational Technologies (OT).
• Technical Skills: Expertise in specifying, designing, and configuring virtualized server environments.
• Implementation Knowledge: Proficiency with IT/OT technologies including VMWare ESXi, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
• Network Design: Experience in designing and implementing industrial networks, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VLANs.
• Security Awareness: Understanding of IT/OT security requirements.
• Client Focus: Strong communication skills and a client-centric approach.
