Provecta is pleased to announce that its Tender to become a member of the TransGrid Automation Design Services Panel has been successful. This panel has two members (including Provecta) and runs for 3 years with an option to extend by a further 2 years. Work on the panel will include software development and documentation associated with Transgrid Substations Automation System (predominantly involving RTU’s interfacing with ClearSCADA HMI’s and Transgrid’s system control master stations). It is expected that the first packages of work will be discussed and commence in the next 3-4 weeks. TransGrid is the owner, operator and manager of the high-voltage electricity transmission system connecting generators, distributors and major end users in NSW and the ACT.
