The Role
We have an opportunity within our Sydney office for a Engineer with an Operational Technology (OT) focus.
This position is suitable for recent graduates as well as engineers with up to five years of relevant industry experience. Responsibilities and remuneration will be aligned with the successful applicant’s skills, experience and demonstrated capability.
You will work as an integral part of our dynamic project teams whilst liaising with our customers and stakeholders. All your work activities will be conducted with an inherent focus on delivering high quality customer focused solutions.

The Ideal Candidate
- You will be degree qualified in Computer, IT, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering having experience in the application of Operational Technologies (OT).
- You will have a strong interest in industrial automation, Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) systems
- You will have an understanding of or experience with virtualised computing environments (e.g. VMware or Hyper-V)
- You will have Knowledge of or experience with Ethernet network designs and architecture development including firewalls and VLANs
- You will have a understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices for secure industrial environments
- You will have the ability to interpret technical documentation and apply technical information in the design, implementation and support of systems
- and
- You will have a Current unrestricted Australian Drivers License
Personal skills we are looking for
- Ability to plan work activities to achieve an outcome within an agreed time frame.
- Interpersonal communication skills to participate and work within a technical project team environment
