PROVECTA was recently informed that we have been shortlisted as a finalist in the 2005 Telstra Small Business Awards. The Telstra Small Business Awards are “the premier national Awards program designed to celebrate and showcase the achievements of Australia’s dynamic small business sector”. The Awards are open to all Australian small businesses with no more than 100 full time staff. PROVECTA has been selected as a finalist in the NSW category with more than 5 employees but less than 20. The nomination process involved a detailed 20 page submission highlighting PROVECTA’s approach to our Customers, Personnel, Planning, Innovation and our Financial management. From this submission PROVECTA was selected for the next stage of judging which involved a site visit by two judges from the Telstra Small Business Awards. As a result of this site visit, PROVECTA was shortlisted as a finalist. The category winners and the 2005 Telstra Small Business of the Year will be announced at the gala black tie presentation dinner on the 8th July 2005.
