PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
On this project PROVECTA project managed, implemented and commissioned the new DCS controls for the Water Demineralisation Plant at Liddell Power Station using the Yokogawa CS3000 DCS equipment. The project required systems design, procurement, configuration, installation and commissioning of a remote I/O node connected to the station DCS system by a Fibre link to replace the original PLC control systems. The project also included electrical installation works and new instrumentation procurement and installation.
